T1 eucalyptus. - reduce by up to six meters. t1 has a severe lean towards the property and has previously been pollarded to an approximately 3 meter tall stump. there is a large open area of decay in the rear side of the main stem, deeply compromising the anchoring factor of the rear side of the stem, this decay has been observed and recorded over multiple previous surveys and it is now recommended that a reduction by up to six meters is required to removal a significant amount of weight from the canopy and take the tree out of striking distance from the property.

1x Wild Cherry - Reduce in height by 1.5m from extremities to suitable pruning points. Reduce overall canopy spread by 1- 1.5m to form shape. Reduce lowest primary branch back by 3m. This will be done by drop crotching to create a new branch leader and target prune remaining branch to shape. 1x Cherry Laurel - Reduce in height by 2m. Prune canopy to create sphere shape and provide more growing room for adjacent shrubs.

Based on advice of a professional arborist (Wild Service Tree Care), the following work has been identified as necessary for the holistic welfare of the property and garden of 36 Ide Lane: A. Removal of one Sliver Birch. The tree is separate from the main canopy of the garden, and is failing to fluorish. The tree?s health is significantly impeded by the proximity of thick laurel. B. Reduction in height of Norwegian Maple by up to 5m. Tree will be sympathetically trimmed to protect the integrity of both the tree and the property. The maple does have a lean towards the thatched house, which is within easy reach of the full length of the tree. Reduction will reduce excessive canopy and temper the threat from extreme prevalent winds, especially when the tree is in full leaf. C. Reduction in height of one willow tree by up to 5m. Early maintenance is recommended to enhance the longer term health of the tree. The concern is exacerbated by a major natural split near the base of the main trunk (as shown in supporting photographs).
