Planning application

Thomas Hall Cowley Bridge Road Exeter Devon EX4 5AD

Granted Exeter 21/1259/CAT Works to Trees in a Conservation Area

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

(T4) - Fell or heavy reduction/pollard - Tomograph report shows 8% sound wood left. Tree is over path with daily occupancy by foot and also would fall into playground if it failed at the base. Happy to go with your decision either way but something needs to be done with it ASAP, footpath and playground is barried off and out of bounds for now.
