Planning application

141 Cowick Lane Exeter Devon EX2 9HF

Refused Exeter 21/1065/TPO Works to Protected Trees (TPO)

Works: Trees

Refused. Only the applicant can appeal, within the statutory time limit, and a revised scheme can be submitted instead.

Proposal

Cypress pine no.453 the tree is causing significant shading to properties in Newhayes close and we have been approach by several neighbours us asking if the tree could be cut down. The tree has no amenity value at all and we have letters from the property owners in Newhayes close that they have no objection to the tree being cut down.
