Tree species: Leylandii Tree size: Approx. 3-4m height Stem diameter approx. >75mm Description of proposed works (Section 211 Notice) Prune lower and mid-level branches to provide window/wall clearance and maintain the trees shape. Crown reduction of no more than 15 to 20%, retaining natural form to avoid roof tile damage. Removal of dead, crossing, or rubbing branches Works are intended as routine maintenance to ensure the tree remains healthy, balanced, and clear of pathways/structures. Reason for works To maintain appropriate clearance from buildings/paths, improve light levels, and remove minor deadwood. Works are not for removal of the tree. All works will be carried out by a qualified arborist in accordance with BS3998:2010 Tree Work
