Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Oak Tree (397/T1) - Remove - There are other oaks and large trees along the boundary with the playing fields that I would not consider wildlife to be overly affected by its removal. I would also be happy to plant a more appropriately sized apple tree in its place which would continue to provide food and shelter for pollinators and wildlife.

Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) T1 in the back garden. Works proposed: Crown reduction by approximately 20-25%, crown lift to 3m above ground level, and removal of deadwood. Reason for works: The tree has not been pruned for approximately seven years and has developed an overly dense canopy, with several extended limbs encroaching toward the property and neighbouring gardens.
