Proposal
T1 - YEW - (313/T28) - Fell to ground level - replant similar species T2 - LIME - (313/T27) - No works T3 - LIME - (313/T29) - No works Reason for work -Yew tree is growing under a TPO lime tree and causing it to grow towards the house and be unbalanced and overstretched. Subsequently causing dieback of the lime tree on lower limbs which is resulting in deadwood over a high rush area of access and egress. - Through root competition with the Lime, the yew tree has concentrated its main roots towards the house and has caused damage to the front garden patio slabs and making an unsafe and hazardous footing. Felling yew tree and then replanting a smaller species away from the canopy of the lime will remedy these matters and help the TPO flourish.

Reason for works: The tree has not been pruned for approximately seven years and has developed an overly dense canopy, with several extended limbs encroaching toward the property and neighbouring gardens.
