Tree 1 - Ash Tree (Fraxinus excelsior) Identified in the submitted Tree plan, and shown in photograph (Image 3)ash tree. Permission is requested to remove the ash tree to ground level due to its size. If full removal is not approved, permission is requested for a significant crown reduction (approximately 30?40%) and removal of branches overhanging. Tree 2) Evergreen Tree (Conifer species) Identified in the Tree plan and shown in photograph (Image 2) evergreen tree. Permission is requested to reduce the crown height by approximately 25?30% and prune lateral branches to reduce overhang towards the pavement and neighbouring property while maintaining the overall shape and health of the tree. Tree 3) Strawberry Tree (Arbutus unedo) Identified in the Tree plan, and shown in photograph (Image 1) strawberry tree. Permission is requested for light crown reduction and pruning (approximately 15?20%) to maintain the shape of the tree and reduce encroachment beyond the boundary.

The tree is the very large Copper Beach tree (15/T98) abutting the garden of 59a Church Street in the Church Yard of St.Martins church. The tree is very large and has a number of large dead branches overhanging my garden and the footpath of the church yard. The tree needs to be trimmed and made safe by removing the dead branches. I do not propose to do the work as the tree is managed by the council.
