The reduction is proportionate and limited to the branches directly contributing to the shading issue. 04 - Poplar - remove the lowest limb overhanging the fence. 04 - Remove the lowest limb overhanging the boundary fence to prevent damage to the fence from continued contact, movement, and future growth. The limb's removal will reduce the likelihood of structural damage to the boundary feature and constitutes appropriate arboricultural management ,The works will have a negligible impact on the overall appearance, health, and amenity value of the tree.
