01 - Various - Crown lift all trees to a height of 3.5m 01 - Crown lift all trees to a height of 3.5 metres to provide adequate clearance from the adjacent buildings. The works will reduce the risk of branch contact with structures, improve access for ongoing maintenance, and ensure suitable separation between the tree canopies and the built environment. The reduction is proportionate and limited to the branches directly contributing to the shading issue. 04 - Poplar - remove the lowest limb overhanging the fence. 04 - Remove the lowest limb overhanging the boundary fence to prevent damage to the fence from continued contact, movement, and future growth. The limb's removal will reduce the likelihood of structural damage to the boundary feature and constitutes appropriate arboricultural management ,The works will have a negligible impact on the overall appearance, health, and amenity value of the tree.
