T1 - Ash (Young) (L1/W4) - Section fell tree to ground level. Reasons: This Tree has clear signs of Ash die back and is in decline. This tree is approx 20ft tall. T2 - Beech (L1/W4) - Perform a whole crown reduction by removing up to 2.5m of growth radially and remove deadwood. Reasons: The tree is located very close to the property and is situated in a busy and well used area of the garden. The canopy overhangs the property by 1.5m - 2m and is causing upset with home owner with constant battle of light being blocked out of the property. Reduce amount of leaf fall in rear garden and on building and to reduce the amount of deadwood falling near the property on a regular basis. I am looking to minimize the reasons above and create a better way of life for my client.

Mature European red beech tree (104/T15), location front garden, 80cm diameter. I want the Councils permission to prune the tree. The tee would need at least 30% reduction in branch length.

01 - Various - Crown lift all trees to a height of 3.5m 01 - Crown lift all trees to a height of 3.5 metres to provide adequate clearance from the adjacent buildings. The works will reduce the risk of branch contact with structures, improve access for ongoing maintenance, and ensure suitable separation between the tree canopies and the built environment. The proposed crown lift is limited to the minimum extent necessary and will retain the overall health, form, and amenity value of the trees. 02 - Field Maple - Reduce Laterals by 2m to ensure a clear site of view for the camera positioned on the building. 02 - Reduce the lateral branches of the Field Maple by up to 2 metres to maintain a clear line of sight for the security camera positioned on the building. The works will ensure the continued effectiveness of the site's security infrastructure whilst retaining the tree's overall shape, health, and contribution to local amenity he proposed reduction is minor and in accordance with sound arboricultural management practices. 03 - Elm - Reduce the laterals over the neighbours property by 2m. 03 - Reduce the lateral branches extending over the neighbouring property by up to 2 metres to alleviate excessive shading of the garden. The works are intended to improve residential amenity for the adjoining occupier whilst maintaining the tree's natural form and long-term health. The reduction is proportionate and limited to the branches directly contributing to the shading issue. 04 - Poplar - remove the lowest limb overhanging the fence. 04 - Remove the lowest limb overhanging the boundary fence to prevent damage to the fence from continued contact, movement, and future growth. The limb's removal will reduce the likelihood of structural damage to the boundary feature and constitutes appropriate arboricultural management ,The works will have a negligible impact on the overall appearance, health, and amenity value of the tree. All works are proposed in accordance with BS3998:20
