  The Lawsons cypress (31/G14) has overgrown the neighbours property and is causing disturbance to the owners as it creates a lot of pollen, in season. We propose to lightly trim the face on 49 BHR side by approximately 1 metre making sure to leave sufficient live growth. We propose to lightly trim the face of the holly tree at the entrance to 49 BHR, by approximately 15/20% bringing it into shape and allowing light to reach all parts of its crown.
