The works will ensure the continued effectiveness of the site's security infrastructure whilst retaining the tree's overall shape, health, and contribution to local amenity he proposed reduction is minor and in accordance with sound arboricultural management practices. 03 - Elm - Reduce the laterals over the neighbours property by 2m. 03 - Reduce the lateral branches extending over the neighbouring property by up to 2 metres to alleviate excessive shading of the garden. The works are intended to improve residential amenity for the adjoining occupier whilst maintaining the tree's natural form and long-term health. The reduction is proportionate and limited to the branches directly contributing to the shading issue. 04 - Poplar - remove the lowest limb overhanging the fence. 04 - Remove the lowest limb overhanging the boundary fence to prevent damage to the fence from continued contact, movement, and future growth. The limb's removal will reduce the likelihood of structural damage to the boundary feature and constitutes appropriate arboricultural management ,The works will have a negligible impact on the overall appearance, health, and amenity value of the tree. All works are proposed in accordance with BS3998:20
