411 - Horse Chestnut - Remove epicormic growth to 6m To clear obstructing vegetation over drive and to enable clear future inspections. 412 - Ash - Fell tree Due to Perenniporia fraxinea colonised main stem. Hollow buttress and roots. Within falling distance of car park area of site. 420 - Oak - Remove deadwood >25mm and reduce laterals growing towards dwelling to give 3m clearance. To avoid damage to dwelling in inclement weather and to remove risk of falling debris over pathway and car park. 428 - Horse Chestnut - Fell tree Due to main stem hollow sounding acoustic test with Phytophthora from 1m to 3m on main stem. 429 - Horse Chestnut - Reduce elongated lateral branch to north by 5m to suitable growth point. To reduce risk of elongated lateral branch failing across public parkland and pathway. 430 - Horse Chestnut - Crown reduce by 2.5m and remove epicormic growth to 5m from ground level. Due to presents of Phytophthora around main stem and sparse crown, crown overhanging pathway and driveway, reduction to encourage new healthier growth and reduce risk of failing branches over a high target area.
