Works to a tree under TPO 425/2023: T1 Oak - remove branches arising from the old occluded pruning wound on the eastern side of the trunk at 5m height, lift the area of the crown only directly over the single storey flat roof of no.38 to create 5m vertical clearance between the flat roof and the lowest remaining foliage, reduce lateral growth only directly over the single storey flat roof of no.38 as required to achieve 5m horizontal clearance between the second storey gable end (western end) and the remaining foliage, lift the area of crown only directly over the main roof ridge to create 3m of vertical clearance between the roof ridge and the remaining foliage, and reduce the lateral branches of the eastern side of the crown (overhanging the garden of no.38) by 1m.
