Planning application
70 Church Hill London N21 1HX
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Rebuild of the dwarf wall, add brick piers and install fence panels. The boundary height currently runs from a maximum of 2.4m near to Church Hill, down to 2m in the cul-de-sac, the upper edge of the fence runs horizontally whilst the road inclines, hence the drop in boundary height. I intend to retain these dimensions in the re-build.
