Proposal

Remodelling and extension of the existing rear addition, including the replacement of multiple existing roof forms with a single pitched roof designed to relate to the existing roofline. The proposals include an extended kitchen and new dining area, gym and annexe accommodation comprising a bedroom and shower room. A section of the existing party wall is to be raised to accommodate the new roof form. New metal framed glazed doors and windows are proposed to the rear extension, together with a new north facing timber sash window to the office. A new painted timber door is proposed to the rear elevation of the garage to improve access. External works include the construction of a new garden pergola, new paving and associated soft landscaping, together with a new bin store.
