Magnolia to reduce by 1.5m. Pre works 9x11m. Post work 7.5x 9.5m To reshape and balance canopy, providing adequate space from adjacent building. T2. 1x Oak tree on Boundary - Crown reduction by reducing 7 branches on lower section of tree over the boundary by up to 2m. Some branches not healthy and making the area dark impacting plant and grass growth. T3 Hedge (row of 9 trees)- Cypress hedge across front Seasonal trim top and both sides, that are overhanging removing two years growth. Lammas lane roadside hedge trimmed supports safety and allowing plan growth. T5 Cyrus Tree x 1 - tree 12m x 120mm trunk, to be felled that appears dead and overgrown by surrounding Cyrus Trees. Total of 6 Cyrus trees planed too close.
