Weybridge Monument Green Conservation Area - Cherry - Fell & Grind - Fell to ground level, or as close as possible and remove arisings, then grind out stump approx 12-18inches below ground level. Grinding arisings to remain and used to backfill the hole. Mixed Species - Trim all ivy and vegetation back to boundary fence line, sever ivy from sycamore, fell any leaning stems in to car park and crown lift any remaining trees to 6m to give more clearance to vehicles in car park Laurel - Reduce hedge heavy by approx 5m to make formal. Weybridge Monument Green Conservation Area - There are two Yew Trees in the vicinity of our children's day nursery garden and car park that are causing the brick boundary wall to collapse and become structurally unsafe. The structural engineer has recommended these trees be removed asap. Unfortunately, due to the high risk to staff and children attending or nursery we are unable to use the garden or use the driveway/car park safely. The plan is to arrange for a qualified tree arborist to remove the trees safely and correctly. We are happy to pay for two yew trees to be planted elsewhere away from the property however, we cannot afford to the trees to cause any further damage and harmful risk to persons attending our children's day nursery.

Tree Preservation Order EL:20/08 - T38 - Oak Request to fell to ground level due to the tree's significantly declining condition and reduced long-term viability. The tree has been affected by Oak Processionary Moth (OPM), which has resulted in extensive crown dieback and a substantial reduction in vitality. In addition, the tree has suffered historic ring-barking damage caused during the construction of the adjacent residential development. This damage has disrupted the tree's vascular system and has likely contributed to its ongoing decline and limited ability to recover. The combined effects of OPM infestation and the historic stem damage have resulted in a severely compromised tree with extensive deadwood and dieback throughout the crown. As the tree has matured, the stem has increased to a diameter at breast height (DBH) of approximately 40 cm and is now in direct contact with the structure, causing abrasion and damage to the building. Due to the ongoing increase in stem diameter, further structural damage is considered likely if the tree is retained. T2 Lawson Cypress (Rear Garden) Remove one large declining lateral limb and carry out a crown clean to remove all deadwood throughout the canopy. The removal of this limb is proposed to reduce the risk of branch failure and improve the tree's overall condition.
