Tree height is 5m to reduce down to 4m. N,W and East have a 2m spread with the South having a 2.5m spread. final height to be reduced to 4m and an even spread of 1.5m on all sides. T2 - Hinoki Cypress - to reduce the height by 2m. current height is 7m to reduce down to 5m. Reduction reason for keeping the tree in considerate size being close to property. T3 - Callery Pear- tree is close to the house and with a heavy top canopy. 7m tall to reduce down to 5m in height and to reduce the sides by 0.5m to leave a final spread of 1.5m
