Tree Preservation Order WAL:6/72 - T274 - Oak - Reduce the height by 6 meters and reduce the sides into shape. 'The trees are too close to the buildings and we have issues with light and the buildings not drying out properly and have a green lichen like layer on them. There may be issues with roots also. There was a tree that fell down had made the client look at the protected trees on the industrial estate. works are part of planned regular and scheduled maintenance to bring the trees back to a manageable and suitable size for the space they occupy. Trees have become unmanageable for the space at their current size and the proposed works will allow them to be maintained at the newer more manageable size for the space they occupy.
