Tree Preservation Order EL 93/05 - We are applying first for general maintenance for 10% crown reduction for the TPT oak on the front of our property at 15 Bowes Road, and for the usual maintenance of removal of limbs to 12m above ground level. We are also requesting to cut back the branches on the road side of the tree to be cut in proportion to the house side of the tree (see photos). In particular this is necessary as the lower main tree limb is now very long and in danger of falling on parked and moving cars. The main limb above it has also grown out of the main electricity and cable lines and in danger of pulling these out when swaying in windy conditions (see photos). Finally, we request the right to remove two limbs which have grown over our next door neighbour's house (as indicated in photos). We propose to use the same professional tree surgeons as we have used for the prior approved maintenance on this tree.

Tree Preservation Order EL:93/05 - T1 - Oak Tree:Crown lift to 6m from ground level - thin crown by 10% to allow dappled light through canopy and reduce chance of limb failure as over driveway and public pathway and public road.To reduce lowest limb over road by 2-3m, tree has been struck by lightening approx 2 years ago, large amounts of deadwood present on roadside of tree and second limb to be reduced is rubbing heavily on another limb. Possibly remove one of these limbs if necessary depending on how extent the limb rub is.Reduce crown to ensure clearance of overhanging branches by 2m from the properties known as 13 & 15 Bowes Road respectively.

East Molesey Kent Town Conservation Area - T1 - Lime tree on rear boundary - tree has a height of approximately 20 metres and spread of approximately 12 metres. Proposed works are to reduce crown by approximately 2-2.5 metres to previous pruning points, remove regrowth on main trunk to lift crown to a height of approximately 3 metres, leaving the tree with a height of approximately 17.5 metres and spread of approximately 8 metres. These works are being carried out to give clearance from pool house, maintain the tree at a reasonable size suitable to location by carrying out cyclical pruning and allowing light into pool area.

    34 Clive Road Esher Surrey KT10 8PS

Esher Conservation Area - T1 Leyland Cypress (Rear Garden) Fell to ground level. Reason for Works: The tree is situated in very close proximity to the adjacent outbuilding. As the tree has matured, the stem has increased to a diameter at breast height (DBH) of approximately 40 cm and is now in direct contact with the structure, causing abrasion and damage to the building. Due to the ongoing increase in stem diameter, further structural damage is considered likely if the tree is retained. The proposed removal is therefore necessary to prevent additional damage while maintaining the safety and integrity of the adjacent structure. T2 Lawson Cypress (Rear Garden) Remove one large declining lateral limb and carry out a crown clean to remove all deadwood throughout the canopy. Reason for Works: A substantial lateral limb is in decline, exhibiting extensive dieback and a significant reduction in live foliage. The removal of this limb is proposed to reduce the risk of branch failure and improve the tree's overall condition. In addition, deadwood will be removed throughout the crown to eliminate potential hazards, improve canopy health, and form part of routine arboricultural management.
