  Tree Preservation Order EL:13/15 - T1 - Beech - Crown reduce the tree by up to 2 metres in height and lateral spread, pruning back to suitable secondary growth points to retain a balanced, natural and flowing crown form. The objective of the proposed crown reduction is to reduce end weight and mechanical loading on the primary scaffold limbs.   Esher Conservation Area - T1 Leyland Cypress (Rear Garden) Fell to ground level. Reason for Works: The tree is situated in very close proximity to the adjacent outbuilding. As the tree has matured, the stem has increased to a diameter at breast height (DBH) of approximately 40 cm and is now in direct contact with the structure, causing abrasion and damage to the building. Due to the ongoing increase in stem diameter, further structural damage is considered likely if the tree is retained.
