    East Molesey Kent Town Conservation Area - One of the large lime trees at the bottom of our garden has a decay fungus (the left-hand tree in the photo). The arborist's report (attached) says that the tree should be reduced to 14m to ensure its safety. The tree is within falling distance of seven properties and also Vine Road (KT8). Please could you grant us permission to go ahead with the work? You can see from the photo that the lime tree next to the decayed tree is also incredibly tall for a tree in a residential area. Would we be allowed to reduce that tree to 14 m as well? This would reduce its sail and provide peace of mind.
