East Molesey Kent Town Conservation Area - The tree is located on the right-hand side of the property and is dead, with a noticeable lean that raises concerns about its structural stability. Given its condition, there is a significant risk that it could fail and fall into either the neighbouring garden or our own property, potentially causing damage to property and posing a risk to the safety of those nearby. In the interests of public safety and to prevent potential damage, we are seeking permission to remove the dead tree. As it is no longer viable and its condition is likely to deteriorate further over time, its removal is considered the most appropriate course of action.

East Molesey Kent Town Conservation Area - The tree that needs to be removed is an Ash tree which is causing structural damage to the front left hand side of the property, as shown in the sketch provided the highlighted lines indicate the area that will need to be underpinned due the the roots of the tree causing damage to the foundation. This has also been confirmed by a structural engineer. Also indicted is the location of a crack the runs down the side of the building which has been caused by the front left hand side dropping. We can send photos of the damage if required.

East Molesey Kent Town Conservation Area - There are a number of trees in my garden, and one of them, a lime tree, is getting rather big. I would like to cut this one. On the photo it is the first tree on the left There are smaller new trees growing near by ( a birch tree, a maple, and a conifer) that would benefit from having more space. There is also a large oak tree.
