Weston Green Conservation Area - I am seeking permission to remove two pollarded lime trees that have suffered from Ganoderma: One is completely dead and the other is hollow and just about alive. We will replace them with new mature trees, but plant them approx. 3 meters from the wall. I would also seeking permission to re-pollard the healthier lime by the gate. These are mature trees and it's very sad that 2 of them have died. They are very close to the original brick garden wall and we would need to make sure the replacements aren't so close. Pictures of the trees are attached and there is a sketch of our front garden where the trees are situated. Our gardener is a qualified tree surgeon so have taken his advice
