Works: Trees Domestic

Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register

Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.

Proposal

1no. Group of Oak (G1, N/W Boundary) - Create a 3m clearance from building by shortening or removing lateral branches, not to exceed 75mm live pruning wounds with the exception of T2. T2 has poor attachment points due to historic reduction works. Reduce T2 to previous reduction points. Trees are Encroaching on dwelling and garage.

About trees applications

How this application type works

Tree applications cover work to protected trees: those under a tree preservation order need consent for pruning or felling, and trees in a conservation area need six weeks written notice before work starts. The council assesses the amenity value of the tree and can refuse consent, approve it with conditions, or in conservation areas make a preservation order in response.
