1 no. Oak (T219) – Crown reduce by up to 3m, maintaining a natural-shaped crown. The tree is a tall, slender woodland edge oak with a natural growth bias towards the properties. It is showing early signs of decline, including dieback and reduced vigour at the branch extremities. Reduction will remove dysfunctional growth, reduce end weight on the limbs, and lessen the risk of branch failure while retaining the tree's natural form. The tree will continue to be monitored, with the aim of encouraging internal regrowth that may facilitate future phased reductions and prolong its safe retention.
