One side of tree shows signs of dieback from tips. Will allow for sufficient property clearance & reducing loading on any over extending limbs. 1no. Oak (T2, originates outside the border of the property) - Partially reduce back from property by 2m & 2m in height. There will be no pruning wound that exceeds 60mm. Will allow more light into property & bring canopy closer to boundary line.
