Reason - Poor historical planting location, tree is now competing with adjacent tree. Removal would allow chance of remaining tree to achieve full potential.

Main stem has an old major pruning/wound point with significant dysfunction and deterioration around the union. Remaining upright stem originates above this compromised area, creating potential structural weak point. The pronounced change in stem direction also places additional mechanical loading and leverage on weakened section, particularly during high winds.
