Proposal
2no. Monterey Pine (T1 & T2) - Fell. T1, Sparassis crispa decay at base, compromised structural timber & degraded structural roots; cavities & decaying pockets throughout, also leans heavily. T2, Heavy lean towards & over house. Decay in this tree & signs of damage to bark. Bark wound is on the tensile side close to the fulcrum point of potential failure. Recommend both trees are removed at same time on grounds of Health & Safety. Happy to replace with same or similar species.
