Oak is in decline, 2 areas of dysfunction approx. 0.5m from ground on N & SE sides of stem with bark easily coming away displaying white mycelial sheets underneath, potential Armillaria Spp. present. Canopy cover is displaying symptoms of decline with larger amounts of internal epicormic grown in the lower canopy & dying back from tips.
