Low canopy over car park and footpath area. 1no. Austrian Pine (T41280) - Remove lateral branches back to natural target pruning points to provide 2m clearance from building. Reduce crown spread to 10m. Branches within close proximity to built structures. 1no. Horse Chestnut (T4131) - Crown lift to 3.5m all round & 5m over carriageway. Low canopy over footpath & main road. No pruning wounds to exceed 50mm in dia.

Full survey done by CBA in 2022 and they provided some advice for future health hence the request.
