Oak (T2) - Crown lift to 4m above ground level & have its southern canopy aspect pruned back by 3m to create a 2m separation between the tree & the building line of Plot 5. Understorey plants in this area will be pruned back to allow the approved boundary demarcation & hard surfacing to be installed to the north of Plot 5.
