Proposal
1 no. Oak ( T74)- Fell and leave a 3m stem, replant 1 x Oak 8-10cm girth. Twin stem tree with movement at the basal fork about 1m from ground level (photo attached). The fork is compromised and it is only a matter of time until it fails. Within the canopy there are additional issues of concern including tight forks, stem/ branch cracks and history of branch failure.

1no. Oak (T121) – Crown reduce by up to 4 metres, maintaining a balanced and natural crown shape. A significant crack is present on the main stem of T121, visible on both sides, indicating that it likely extends through the full width of the stem. The proposed reduction aims to lessen the mechanical loading and significantly reduce the risk of structural failure. Subject to the tree’s response, further phased reduction may be considered in the future to establish a more compact and sustainable canopy form.
