With a heavy lean towards the Mill, river and car-parking area. Has a large cavity on West side of the trunk. Pollard at 10m. T3 - Western Red Cedar (Kingfishers). Crown lift off boundary wall allowing a 0.5m clearance of the listed wall. T4 - Yew sp. Remaining upright stem originates above this compromised area, creating potential structural weak point. The pronounced change in stem direction also places additional mechanical loading and leverage on weakened section, particularly during high winds.
