Proposal

Listed Building Consent - Removal of blown and cracking cement render, removal of internal cement blocks, removal and replacement of rotten or broken oak studs, strengthening with softwood framing between studs and plates, removal of interior surfaces. Making good inner surface of wall with 12mm plasterboard and 3mm skim. Infill between studs with l00mm mineral wool, cover studs with eighteen mm OSB 3 overlaid with a layer of Tyvek, batten and board over with 15mm wood fibre carrier/insulation Board, and mesh. Pre-screed plaster undercoat and two layers of lime render, totalling approximately 16mm. Paint over with breathable mineral paint. Replacement of 2n° windows (see elevations) with accoya frames and slime-line double glazing. Repair of various other windows.
