Proposal

Certificate of Lawful use (Proposed) - Erection of a single storey rear extension to the existing semi-detached dwellinghouse. The extension will be located to the rear of the property and will project 2.9m from the original rear wall, as shown on the submitted drawings. It will extend across part of the rear elevation and will have a flat roof with a maximum external height of 2.9m measured from ground level. The development will be constructed using materials of a similar appearance to the existing dwellinghouse. No changes to access, parking, or boundary treatments are proposed.
