Works: Extension
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Non-Illuminated Advertisement Consent - Sign to site at eaves level of the Tuck Shop. The sign is 9.6m in length, 750mm high and will be hand painted dark green with cream coloured text and a thin offset line to the perimeter. The text will read "Welcome to the Tuck Shop Walberswick" The sign is a flat panel boarded sign that is mounted to the eaves of the existing mono-pitched roof, but will only sit 75mm proud of the existing roof. It is set back behind the existing flat roof and recently permitted roof extension. The sign will mask the existing brickwork and eaves detail and provide the shop with a more traditional appearance. The sign will not have lighting.
