Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Variation of Condition No. 2 of DC/25/3539/FUL - Single-storey extension projecting from the West elevation - My client has discovered a soil pipe running along the site that interferes with the proposed footings. On the previously approved proposed ground floor plan, drawing 001-04, the external wall is 800mm from the boundary fence. This new proposed dimension is 500mm, bringing it 300mm closer to the site boundary.
