Planning application

Land Off Sloe Lane Knodishall Suffolk IP17 1UT

Granted East Suffolk DC/25/4519/AGO Prior Notification Agricultural

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

Prior Notification (Agricultural) - The works are required to mitigate the impact of Scottish Power Renewables (SPR) consented construction works through which a parcel of land is effectively severed from the existing access into the field and is therefore at risk of being inaccessible. Due to the construction of SPR's project, the approximately 3.48 hectare parcel of land, triangular in shape, is severed from the wider land-holding and so requires a new, private vehicular access off Sloe Lane to allow continued use of the land for agricultural purposes. The development is solely for the use of the farmer and will provide a suitable alternative access for agricultural vehicles to allow for continuous agricultural working of the unit.
