Proposal
We are seeking planning permission for the following alterations to the exterior of the main dwelling: 1. 9 existing white double glazed uPVC windows to the front, side, and rear elevations are proposed to be replaced with double glazed timber windows painted a heritage green colour, either Farrow & Ball No. 221 'Pantalon' or RAL7013. The 2 rear ground floor windows and door are proposed to be replaced with 2 large double glazed powder coated aluminium units. The side door is proposed to be replaced with a double glazed timber door and frame. 2. The rendered north (side) elevation is proposed to be clad using horizontal painted timber clapboard.
