Prior Notification (Agricultural) - Construction of a small agricultural pump house comprising a concrete base and prefabricated steel-clad building measuring 4.0m x 3.0m (12 square metres total). The building will be located in close proximity to a farm reservoir and used to house irrigation pumping equipment, pipework, electrical controls and associated infrastructure serving agricultural irrigation activities on the farm. The building will require 500mm depth of excavation to situate the concrete base. Supporting this feature and located between the swale and attenuation basin, will be a control box (less than a meter in length and height) which will power pumping of flood water to the reservoir.
