Proposal

To remove the single storey side extension and build a two storey side extension, still retaining a garage, on the ground floor. The eaves and ridge lines are lower than the existing, resulting in 1.5 storey appearance with dormer window to the front. The first floor element includes render with external timber framing to match the existing projecting wing. A single storey flat roof addion is proposed at the rear.
