Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T003- Horse Chestnut. The tree has two tear out sites at approximately 10 metres, one of which is located at the base of a large limb which extends over the eastern aspect towards pedestrian footpath. The second tear out site is growing towards the western aspect over an outbuilding, this is located at the base of a smaller limb which has previously failed. A neighbouring tree was removed recently due to Kretzschmaria, whilst carrying out the works an aerial observation was able to be carried out by the tree surgeon, this draw attention to the extent to the defects with the high possibility that the decay extends down the main central column of the tree . Photo have been attached. Given the target area and associated defects we are requesting that the tree is removed on health and safety grounds.
