Proposal

Badger Building (E. Anglia) Ltd, who are developing the Blundeston Prison site, are looking to relocate their flagship office to Office Block 3 (which has gained approval in planning application DC/16/2157/FUL. Since this office building hasn't been constructed, they are seeking this opportunity to amend the current approved design to satisfy their business requirements. This has resulted in an increase in floor area, and therefore a new full planning application is needed.
