Proposal

Constitute offshore wind generating station (s) with a capacity greater than 100MW. The project is anticipated to have a total capacity of approximately 2,400 MW, and will include all associated offshore and onshore infrastructure. The construction and operation of up to 300 turbines, up to 12 offshore collector substations, up to 4 surface or 6 subsea offshore HVAC booster stations (or a combination thereof), up to 4 offshore HVDC offshore converter substations, up to three offshore accommodation platforms, subsea inter-array electrical circuits, subsea power electrical circuits, a marine connection to shore, a foreshore connection and from the proposed landfall point, up to 18 onshore export cables buried in up to 6 trenches, an onshore HVAC booster station and an onshore HVDC converter/HVAC substation and a connection to the national grid substation south of Norwich.
