What happens while it is decided
The process from here
This application is with East Riding of Yorkshire for determination. The council publicises it, consults neighbours and technical bodies where required, and weighs the responses against local and national planning policy.
The statutory target is eight weeks for most applications and thirteen for major development, though extensions of time are common. Comments carry most weight while the case is undecided, so check the council portal for the deadline if you want to respond.
About full applications applications
How this application type works
A full application seeks permission for a complete, detailed proposal in one go: siting, design, access and landscaping are all fixed at this stage. It is the standard route for new buildings, conversions and changes of use. The statutory target is eight weeks for smaller schemes and thirteen weeks for major development, though complex cases often take longer by agreement.

Souttergate House 59 Souttergate Hedon East Riding Of Yorkshire HU12 8JR
HEDON CONSERVATION AREA - Fell 2 no. Conifer Trees (T1) due to being heavily cut back on that side to allow access, as a result it is lopsided and unsightly, after removing I propose extending the patio in this area and planting a native fruit tree elsewhere in the garden. (T2) Conifer Tree, due to tree impeding the growth of a preferred copper coloured hazel forcing it to search for space in an unbalanced direction. It also blocks light from our neighbours as it dominates the sky above the boundary wall, upon removal we would propose careful pruning of the adjacent hazel to promote balanced growth once more. Fell 1 no. Eucalyptus tree due to the shape and potential to grow in an uncontrolled manor, would propose replacing with a native fruit tree in the same location

8 St Augustines Mews Hedon East Riding Of Yorkshire HU12 8QP
HEDON CONSERVATION AREA - Fell 1no. Conifer Tree as it obstructs a path to the property so removing will provide better safety and appearance
