Listed Building Consent for internal and external alterations and renovations including Internal works consisting of installation of a new fire alarm system throughout the building and fireline plasterboard, installation of thermal upgrade to perimeter walls to ground and first floor and gable end of second floor following removal of existing wood panelling at ground floor, plastering and repainting of modern feature through fireplace following removal of existing brick slips, removal and reconstruction of modern services cupboard adjacent to entrance lobby, blocking up existing opening, re-building of wall on new foundation, widening of existing opening and installation of a lintel or structural steel and removal of existing walls to form open plan space, replacement of existing false ceiling, and External works consisting of installation of new timber windows, timber doors and removal of glazing section of first floor side door to solid stable style door, re-roofing of glass and polycarbonate roof with catnic standing seam panels with 7 roof lights and fitted with mechanical operated blinds, blocking up existing window (W3) to side, installation of new moss grey bi-fold doors following removal of existing window and double doors to rear, installation of timber fascia boards painted moss grey and replacement of UPVc gutter fall pipes to black cast iron effect gutters and fall pipes and repointing of mortar to side and rear and repairing, repainting of awning to front, removal of paint to brickwork at front, re-pointing of existing gable wall and chimneys, installation of replacement roof light to front, refurbishment and painting of front door surround and timber gutters and cast iron fall pipes in moss grey and replacement of lead flashing above front door and removal of fixtures including planters, hanging baskets brackets and flag pole and removal of existing pond and re-surfacing of patio with porcelain tiles
