Sycamore trees (T14, T16, and T17) to 12 metres (over the boundary) and 3 metres (over the lawn); 1 no. Lime tree (T15) to 8 metres (over the boundary); 1 no. Sycamore tree (T18) to 5 metres (over the boundary) and 3 metres (over the lawn); 1 no. Lime tree (T19) to 10 metres (over the boundary) and 6 metres (over the road); and remove associated epicormic growth (T7, T10, T11, and T19) to reduce falling debris, improve the appearance, and clear overhanging vegetation from the nearby road and properties
