Proposal
HEDON CONSERVATION AREA - Remove 1 no. Cherry tree (1) due to tree suffering from fungal growth, is overhanging the boundary causing concerns to neighbours and is weakened at the base; Crown reduce 1 no. Cherry tree (2) by cutting the crown back to the boundary due to branches overhanging neighbouring property

HEDON CONSERVATION AREA - Fell 2 no. Conifer Trees (T1) due to being heavily cut back on that side to allow access, as a result it is lopsided and unsightly, after removing I propose extending the patio in this area and planting a native fruit tree elsewhere in the garden. (T2) Conifer Tree, due to tree impeding the growth of a preferred copper coloured hazel forcing it to search for space in an unbalanced direction. It also blocks light from our neighbours as it dominates the sky above the boundary wall, upon removal we would propose careful pruning of the adjacent hazel to promote balanced growth once more. Fell 1 no. Eucalyptus tree due to the shape and potential to grow in an uncontrolled manor, would propose replacing with a native fruit tree in the same location
